In-Person Booking Information

If you are booking for an in-person event at KMC New York, please read this information carefully. 

The below information is subject to change dependent upon state regulations.

Per the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Sullivan County, NY, where KMC New York is located, is a “substantial transmission” area. Per CDC and Sullivan County guidelines, we request all visitors to the center, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks (covering both mouth and nose fully) in all buildings, including the Temple, on the property and to keep 6 ft social distancing where possible. 

In the interest of the safety of everyone who attends, we strongly request that unvaccinated individuals do not stay in dorm or shared accommodations because face coverings cannot be worn and proper social distancing cannot be maintained in these spaces, but instead book private/single rooms, camping or offsite accommodations.

Depending on current conditions, and due to the group living  nature of our facilities, we may request all guests, regardless of vaccine status, to receive a negative Covid-19 test before arriving for your event. We will update event attendees as to any specific requirements as needed.

Meals: Please register for lunch and/or dinner at the time of booking. Due to limited space indoors, you may have to eat outside. If you book accommodations, breakfast is included with your accommodations.

Accommodations: We will have onsite accommodations available, including private rooms, dorm and shared rooms at 50% capacity, pre-erected tents for camping, and general camping; please book your accommodations at the time of booking. Please note: our accommodations are not en-suite, so all of our accommodations have shared restrooms. You can find more information on our accommodations here. As mentioned above, these are our current guidelines. We will notify you if anything changes. Further, we may have to cancel onsite guests last minute depending on New York State regulations and guidelines at that time.

To register online for a class, when you get to the popup showing the course dates and number of adults, click on “Apply promo or voucher” at the bottom. Enter your membership code there and apply, before pressing continue. If you have pressed continue before adding the membership code, you will see the full amount due. At this point you need to “Clear All” and start again. MEMBERSHIPS DO NOT APPLY TO THE NORTHEAST DHARMA CELEBRATION.
