Eight Steps to Happiness

Move from a sense of isolation to connection. Based on the famous collection of wisdom “Eight Verses of Training the Mind”, the book Eight Steps to Happiness is a sequential presentation of meditations that allow us to develop our love and compassion in accessible and practical ways.
Within this course, we will examine how to practice these meditations amidst our busy life and see how to de-stress, improve our acceptance of ourself and others, and develop the courageous mind of compassion.
$10 per person. Drop-ins welcome
Class Dates and Topics
Charlie has been practicing Buddhism for many years and has been helping the Saratoga Springs classes and is now teaching the weekly Tuesday meditations. He is appreciated for his clear, light-hearted, and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings.
