Happiness is something that each one of us has the potential to experience, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction. In this series, we will explore some of the habits of happy people that will enrich our life’s experience. We will explore several meditations and ways of thinking that uplift the mind and how by carrying these with mindfulness into our day we can maintain a light, joyful attitude whatever life throws our way. Everyone welcome.

These days so many of us are feeling energetically depleted. The good news is, we all have a natural reservoir of pure energy, love, and joy that we can tap into whenever we want.
In this Saturday course, we will explore how, through some powerful meditations and skillful ways of thinking, we can boost our energy and sense of happiness and purpose by tapping into inner resources within our mind.

Through her many years of practice and meditative experience, Evelyn has developed a special understanding of Kadampa Buddhism. With an insightful approach and peaceful heart, Evelyn shares Buddha’s teachings in a way that directly touches the hearts of listeners.
Charlie has been practicing Buddhism for many years and has been helping the Saratoga Springs classes and is now teaching the weekly Tuesday meditations. He is appreciated for his clear, light-hearted, and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings.
