Burlington Meditation
In this short series we will explore these questions: Is it really possible to find healing and hope in this very turbulent world? How can we live meaningfully? And how can we prepare well, and bring healing and hope, to something that absolutely all of us must face, the end of our life?
We will explore some of Buddha’s transformative teachings on life and death, which will enrich and transform our day-to-day experience in simple and practical ways. This class will include two guided meditations, a talk based on the book, Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and time for Q&A.
