February – Living a Life of Kindness and Interconnection
February 10 – March 17
Choose to see kindness and live through a lens of gratitude. We can decide what mindset we bring to our world. If we bring a pessimistic or cynical mindset, we will see a negative, unhappy world around us. If we bring a positive mind, we will see a positive world.
Through this series, we will dive into an experiential taste of meditation on interconnection. In this practice, we learn to see ourselves as like a cell in the vast body of life, distinct yet intimately bound up with all living beings. We start to see ourselves in a web of kindness! By training like this, we will find a beautiful state of mind of love, and this will reflect back a beautiful world for both ourselves and others. Everyone is welcome!
