Mastering Positive Habits of Mind

As the seasons change, it’s time to thaw old patterns and ways of thinking. We can start thinking of how we want to begin again—and what positive habits we want to embody.  Are there habits and thought patterns you’d like to change? Buddhist teachings can unravel negative ways of thinking about ourselves and others. You can change your life by changing your perspective. Through this series, we will investigate key ways to create new, healthy habits and how to use meditation to produce positive, lasting change from within. We will also explore habits of mind that keep us stuck, and learn how to uproot them. The classes will be simple, practical, and high-impact. Everyone welcome!

Since first meeting Buddha’s teachings in 2006, Zoe’s practice has brought joy, lightness and love to all of her relationships. Her enthusiasm for teaching comes from the transformative power of meditation and its practical approach to solving life’s challenges.  She delights in encouraging others to bring the teachings to life and to experience the beauty and magic for themselves!
