How to Uplift Your Mind with Meditation
January 6 – February 3
Come alive again by energizing yourself and inspiring your mind! Feelings associated with discouragement, low self-esteem, and low-energy are endemic. When we lose our confidence and hope our mind can become deflated. We can find it hard to get out of bed and do much of anything.
We can solve these problems and move to a state of realistic optimism, hope, and encouragement through the practice of meditation. Through this course, we will look at specific meditations that help us understand where discouragement and frustration come from, how to find joyful, positive energy, and ultimately build a stable sense of happiness from within. Everyone is welcome!
