Sunday Families Class

Every parent wants their child to be happy, healthy, and successful in life. Through simple Buddhist teachings and meditations, children will learn methods to solve their problems, keep a peaceful mind, and become happy individuals.Families will be gently guided through relaxing meditations, giving them techniques to gain confidence, concentration, and consideration for others. These classes include discussions relevant to children’s everyday experiences, story-telling, activities, and crafts. They are designed to help them see things in a way that makes them calmer and happier.

We kindly ask that one parent accompanies their child/children in this class held in the Main Building. Adults will be able to view the Prayers For World Peace class happening at the same time in the Temple. Suitable for children aged 4 – 11 years.
