Buddha taught meditative practices to recognize, reduce and finally abandon destructive states of mind, and develop and nurture beneficial states of mind that bring peace and calm no matter your external conditions.

Instructions for live-streaming classes
1) Once enrolled, you will receive an email with the link to the online class and a code to access the stream.
2) Click the link and it will open up the Zoom Webinar stream that we’ll be using. You can view this on your computer or your mobile device. You will be prompted to download the Zoom app, or you can do it in advance here.
Live-streaming classes ONLY for residents of this local area (NY state, eastern PA, northern NJ, and western CT) and for those who would normally attend these onsite classes at the temple or our branch locations. If you do not currently attend a Kadampa center and do not live in this area, you can find a local center here
If you are a Kadampa student who does not regularly attend KMC New York’s classes or spiritual program, please DO NOT book. Please book weekly classes through your center.
