Training the Mind in Eight Steps
Sundays, 11am-12:30pm with Sara Wendt – LIVESTREAM ONLY
The mind is often described as a wild elephant – your thoughts bouncing back and forth between distracting ideas and feelings. Finding peace starts with training the mind and taking control.
Buddha taught meditative practices to recognize, reduce and finally abandon destructive states of mind, and develop and nurture beneficial states of mind that bring peace and calm no matter your external conditions.
