Albany Meditation
If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances. By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of external circumstances. Each class consists of guided meditation, teachings, and time for Q&A. Everyone is welcome to drop in to any or all classes regardless of experience.

February Series: Blue Sky Mind
Thursdays· 7-8:30pm with Evelyn Williams
Our mind is like the boundless, clear blue sky. Our mental busyness, painful emotions, judgments, and so on are like clouds. Through training, we can allow them to dissolve, revealing the limitless potential within. Meditation on the peaceful, vast space of our own mind is fantastic. It is accessible for beginners and deeply profound for experienced practitioners and allows each meditator to enjoy the quiet and stillness of meditative concentration. Over these four weeks, we will look at skills on how to improve the focus of our meditation, make our meditations more powerful, and make a lasting positive inner change. Everyone is welcome!
$10 per person. Drop-ins welcome
