Moving Beyond Anger, Finding Inner Strength

Saturday Workshop | 10am-1pm followed by lunch
November 15

Anger solves nothing. We don’t want to be defeated by long-held patterns of resistance, fear, and judgment. Instead, we can understand where anger comes from and replace it with wise minds like patience, love and compassion.

Controlling anger doesn’t mean allowing ourselves or others to be mistreated. Rather, responding from a place of peaceful acceptance allows us to respond in the most effective way possible. This makes us truly, inwardly strong.
