Learning to Concentrate on Clarity and Peace

Your mind is like a limitless ocean and thoughts are simply waves that arise and disappear back into it. Discovering and tasting this truth in meditation is liberating. Through this course you will learn how to settle the waves of your thoughts back into your ocean-like mind, how to let go of obsessive or repetitive overthinking, and how to touch a sense of real tranquility even amidst an often chaotic world.

The inner calm developed through these meditations, called Mahamudra meditations, is like the deepest depths of an ocean. From this stable and powerfully peaceful state, we can have the confidence to look at the affairs of our life from a place of strength. We can discover novel solutions to challenges and be there to support our friends, family and community. Short-term they are so beneficial and practical, and ultimately, these meditations lead us to profound realizations of liberation and enlightenment. They are perfect for all of us as modern, spiritually-minded people. Everyone welcome!
