Don’t Postpone Your Joy:

How to Live in the Moment

Don’t postpone your joy. Real confidence comes from learning to live in the present. On the other hand, our self-esteem is obliterated when we sit around waiting to be happy until ‘everything is just right’. Our emotions become a rollercoaster dictated by things we can minimally or cannot at all control.

As we learn the inner science of training the mind, we discover the happiness, peace and meaning we were looking for was always found within, right here. This makes us profoundly confident and strong, which gives us strength to help ourselves and others. Everyone welcome!
