Thanksgiving Feast & Meditation/Talk with Gen Samten Kelsang
November 27 | Registration Open
Visiting KMC New York for Thanksgiving is a perfect way to spend the day. Our local community, families, friends, and guests from all over gather each year for a meaningful meditation and talk with Gen Samten Kelsang followed by a vegetarian Thanksgiving feast as part of our Special Food for Thought Event.
To celebrate this day of connection and gratitude here involves spending time in our Kadampa World Peace Temple, basking in an inspiring meditation, and afterwards in the Main Building, delighting in a Thanksgiving feast in lovingly cooked by our team of chefs. The very environment exudes peace and harmony, and you will leave feeling encouraged and optimistic. Everyone welcome!
The talk will be followed by our vegetarian Thanksgiving Feast. This event is part of our Finding Peace Weekend Retreat: Unplug and Feel Alive with Gen Samten Kelsang. Feel welcome to book for this event or add it as part of the special weekend.
