IN THE TEMPLE: Sundays 11am – 12:15pm
Series 1: Becoming Brave: Courage in an Age of Anxiety
March 1 – April 5
Everyone seems anxious these days. What can we do?.
We may feel tempted to respond with hopelessness and despair, but there is a better option: we can confidently cultivate a brave mind.
In this series, we will practice special loving-kindness meditations that free us from an egocentric, myopic worldview and cultivate an expansive, joyful heart. This uplifts us and inspires others. We need this, and our world needs this!
Weekly classes at the Temple are on a break through Sunday, March 1 due to our Year End Course and Winter Retreats. Please check out our weekly classes Sundays and Tuesdays in Port Jervis and Mondays in Hurleyville beginning in January. Livestream is available for all members.

Series 2: Freedom from Overthinking
April 12 – May 17
Get out of your head and into your heart! Overthinking is a bad habit that gets us nowhere. It stimulates needless activity, anxiety and over-analysis, and often results in decision paralysis.
We can cut this obsession thought by moving our awareness into our heart. In the center of our body is our heart chakra—a place of wisdom, peace and stillness. Through meditation, we can discover how to operate from this place of refuge and create a more balanced, happy, simple life. Everyone is welcome!
