A Special Opportunity to Train as a Qualified Kadampa Manager
From May 1 – 3, 2026, a training course for current and potential Administrative Directors and Education Program Coordinators will take place at Kadampa Meditation Center New York. This weekend is designed to provide an overview and practical instructions on how to be or become a qualified Kadampa Manager.
What the Weekend Offers
The weekend will consist of sessions with Kelsang Yangdon, EPC of KMC New York, and Amy Schwartz, AD of KMC New York, and other senior managers within the United States on different areas of managing NKT centers.
The weekend will include group discussions, practical skill development and spiritual development in Kadampa management roles.
Who Can Attend
Current Kadampa managers in North America, and Kadampas who are interested in becoming an Administrative Director or Education Program Coordinator.
Fees & Accommodations
For successful applicants there will be no charge for the weekend, accommodations and meals, but students will have to cover all other expenses including travel and attendance at US Festival. Accommodations will be in dormitories.
