Kelsang Gechog has been practicing Kadam Dharma for 23 years. She has taught branch classes, General Program and the Foundation Program at KMC Long Island and KMC The Hamptons. She is delighted to share the joy and inspiration she has received from Buddha’s teachings with others to help them lead a happy and meaningful life.

Kelly has been studying and practicing Buddha’s teachings for many years, and previously served as a Resident Teacher in Canada. Kelly is admired for her practical and inspiring teaching style, and her sincere wish to benefit others.

Laura McPeake, MD has over 30 years of experience practicing and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditation. Laura’s teachings help her students find lasting peace and happiness by using easy-to-apply analogies, practical examples and life experience.

Milanda has been studying on the Teacher Training Program and Foundation Program at KMC New York for many years. Milanda co-teaches the Family Classes. She enjoys helping children and families find the peace and happiness they seek in life.

Rebecca has taught at KMC NY and maintained a Branch Class for nearly 14 years. Rebecca is passionate about sharing Buddha’s teachings to help others gain an experience of inner spaciousness and peace.
Sarah Schaffer
Sarah is a Teacher at KMC New York where she studies in the Teacher Training Program. She is the main teacher for the Sparta Meditation class. Her teachings are practical and show how we can easily include meditation and Buddha’s timeless advice into daily life.
Sara Wendt
Sara has been a Kadampa practitioner for 23 years. She’s been teaching the Sunday Prayers for World Peace class since she moved to the area from NYC three years ago. Before that Sara taught various branches, General Program classes and the Foundation Program at the Kadampa Meditation Center, NYC. She’s very happy to now call Glen Spey her home.
Zoe Greenbaum
Since first meeting Buddha’s teachings in 2006, Zoe’s practice has brought joy, lightness and love to all of her relationships. Her enthusiasm for teaching comes from the transformative power of meditation and its practical approach to solving life’s challenges.
