How to Live in the Moment
When we live in the moment and tune in to the constant flux of the world around us, we can stop clinging to the past and future and discover an open, spacious mind. This allows us to relax and respond with creativity to life’s challenges.
In this course, we will explore essential meditations to simplify our life, stop overthinking and recognize subtle impermanence. The result: a joyful, present-centered mindset.
Feel free to drop in to any class, or join the series as a whole. Everyone welcome!

Share a Meal
We invite you to share a meal with us and meet our Kadampa Buddhist community! For only $7$ (or $5 pre-booked), you can enjoy a delicious meal with our residential community (including ordained Buddhist monks and nuns) and other class attendees and enjoy meaningful conversations with like-minded people.
All of our meals are vegetarian with vegan and wheat-free options. We use fresh and local products as much as possible. These meals include a main dish, side dish and green salad and are serve-yourself. Our meals are lovingly cooked by volunteers.
