Letting Go of What Scares Us

Everyone can learn to let go. All we have to do is know how to practice this and put the energy in, and we will change for the better!

On this day course we will see specifically how to let go of worry and fear. We will see where worry and fear come from within our mind, specific techniques to shift our thinking when it’s bogged down by fear, and how to establish healthy mental patterns going forward. We will see all we have to do is become familiar with training our mind in special meditations for letting go, and naturally we will move to a happier and more confident place. Everyone welcome!

Moving Beyond Blame

We all know how frustrating and hopeless a blaming mind feels. We become so focused on others and what they are doing that we become disconnected from what is happening inside our own mind! Karma explains the connection between our actions and our experiences of our life. Through doing this, we see what we can and can’t control and make positive steps towards a happier life.

In this special day course, we will see explore the inner workings of karma, how understanding karma can help us move out of anger and judgment, and how it can help us reach a wise, accepting attitude. We will discover how to approach changing our life in an incremental, patient and wise way. This will allow us to move away from habits that cause unhappiness and towards habits that lead towards happiness. Everyone welcome!
