Meditation Classes in Binghamton

One Saturday a Month 10-11:15am with Emily Groveman

Meditations for Clarity and Confidence

September 19 | October 17 | November 21 | December 5

Learn simple meditation techniques to untangle confusion, find inner clarity, and create confidence in your decisions and actions. Life can feel so complicated, and between a busy schedule, difficult relationships, and our own inner turmoil, we can end up stagnating, confused and in a state of indecision. This can compound and become a feeling of low self esteem and lack of confidence in our own wisdom.

By understanding how our mind works and how to quiet the busyness within, we can cultivate an inner clarity that will empower wise action, which will benefit ourselves and others. Everyone welcome!

Teacher: Emily Groveman

Emily is a resident at Kadampa Meditation Center New York. She previously taught classes and co-led workshops at KMC Brooklyn and currently teaches the Binghamton class. Her teachings are practical and show how we can apply Buddha’s timeless advice into daily life to solve our problems.
