COURSES & RETREATS
Catskills Getaway Weekend
These getaway weekends are a chance to have a light and relaxed stay at KMC New York. Most of these weekends include a Friday night food for thought event, Saturday half-day workshop, and finishing with a Sunday morning meditation class. The allows time to explore the trails, enjoy our World Peace Cafe, or engage in your own practice. With partial structure, people can make the weekend fit their needs so they can return back to their life rested and refreshed. Below are the upcoming pairings of these three events that make up a Catskills Getaway Weekend.
