KMC NYC Country Retreat
November 6 – 9 | KMC NYC Country Retreat
with Kadam Morten
Registration Opens at 2pm
Everything changes. Nothing lasts. While we know this is true, we often resist change and struggle with uncertainty. This resistance can create frustration, worry and anxiety and this can make our life feel complicated and overwhelming. We can feel we are living at odds with how things are.
Buddha's teachings on the truth of impermanence can help us let go of the past, live lightly and develop a flexible, creative mind. In this meditation retreat, we'll also explore how impermanence makes personal transformation possible. Moment by moment, we can become the person we wish to be.
