Start your getaway Friday evening with a relaxing meditation and a delicious meal in the Kadampa World Peace Temple and cafe. Enjoy two sessions of retreat on Saturday morning in the Temple (topics vary). In the afternoon, explore our 82 acres of natural woodlands or the charm of Catskills. Then on Sunday, set a peaceful tone for your return home by coming to our morning meditation class with Prayers for World Peace.

What Happens on a Finding Peace Retreat?
The sessions are approximately 75 minutes and combine practical instruction and guided meditation that will allow you to:
- connect with an experience of true inner peace
- develop basic techniques that can help you to create a consistent habit of meditation
- leave with practical inner tools to apply what you’ve have learned to your daily life
