with Kadam Michelle Gauthier
January 2 – 4
| Registration Open

Is a fearless, confident life possible? What about one that has shattered the shackles of old negative habits, worries, and limited thinking? Discover a vision for a beautiful, transformed life on our New Year's retreat.

Meditation is MUCH more than quaint relaxation. It is a radical way to change the way you think from an unhappy, frustrated state to an inspired, confident and fearless one. This is not a small feat so involves regular practice, but understanding the essentials can get us started on this incredible journey.

In this special New Year's retreat, Kadam Michelle will be giving inspiring instructions on the power of meditation. She will help the retreaters of any level find a way to integrate these practices into busy life not because we are "supposed to", but because we understand its value for ourselves, our families, and our world. Everyone welcome!
