International Summer Festival

The NKT-IKBU International Summer Festival 2021, July 30 – August 14 – two weeks of inspiring empowerments and teachings from the two most senior Teachers in NKT, with a short retreat in each week – a rare and precious opportunity to enjoy the essential practices of Modern Kadampa Buddhism wherever you are in the world.
In recognition of current restrictions, we have received permission to stream the entire Festival, including the Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments, live online.
To reduce the risk of transmission and possible consequences for the continuation of the Festival, in-person attendance for both weeks will now be limited to those already at Manjushri KMC prior to the Festival. The entire Festival will be streamed live for those in European time zones and a recording of the live teaching will then be rebroadcast in several other time zones.
Please note, there will be only one opportunity in each time zone to receive the empowerments, but the teachings, meditations and retreat sessions will remain online until 23:59 (UK time) on 4 September.
