Creating a Happy Heart

This weekend camp is a special opportunity for families to enjoy the beautiful Temple and grounds at Kadampa Meditation Center NY and to meet new spiritual friends.
Teachings, crafts, short meditations and fun outdoor activities are organized around simple Buddhist themes such as the practices of giving and caring about all living beings. Attending this weekend will enable children (and their parents) to experience the confidence and happiness that arises from connecting with their good hearts.
Recommended for ages 6-10. A Kinder Camp for ages 3-5 will be held at the same time if there is sufficient enrollment. Teachers include Buddhist monks and nuns.
Program Fee > Child - $35, Parent - $25
Onsite accommodation (all vegetarian meals included)
Camping > Child - $10, Adult $20
Male or Female Dorm > Child - $15, Adult - $30
Family Room > Child -$15, Adult $50
