Forgiveness

Blame has become epidemic in our society, at work and at home. But by dwelling on past harm done to us and blaming others, we continue to harm ourselves. Buddha teaches us how to identify the real objects of blame. In this course we will learn methods for profound acceptance, forgiveness and compassion to solve these inner problems. Through this we can learn to forgive others, let go of the past, and move in the direction of health, loving relationships and a happy life.
