General Program Meditation Classes
Buddhist meditation classes
KMC-NY offers General Program teachings at many branch locations in the Tri-state area, including Beacon, Binghamton, Newton, Milford, Ramsey, Saratoga Springs, Stroudsburg, Utica, Warwick and Waverly with both ordained and lay Teachers.
These classes are suitable for all ranges of experience from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.
Everyone is welcome – you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from the classes – just drop into any class!
There are regular Sunday morning classes at Kadampa Meditation Center in Glen Spey, for both adults and children.

Please note:
A new series entitled “Introduction to Buddhism” begins week of January 16th. There will be a break in classes until then.
However, classes on Sundays at KMC NY will continue through the holidays.
