We often feel overwhelmed by daily life. Our schedules are busy and filled with endless tasks to complete. We are so busy achieving our goals that we never find the time to clarify what it is we actually seek. We know we want to change but don’t know where to begin.
This special course will teach you how to transform the activities of our often hectic daily life into the purposeful activities of a meaningful life. Through 6 easy steps based on Buddha’s teachings on the art of living we will build a solid foundation for the change we seek and the lasting happiness and fulfillment this gives rise to.
These classes are clear, accessible, and friendly. Each class includes a guided meditation, teaching and discussion. Beginners welcome!
