Each class includes a guided meditation, teaching and discussion.
You may come to any or all of the classes.

Distraction causes us to feel scattered and stressed in our daily activities and is one of the main obstacles to a productive and positive life.  Learn how to use mindfulness techniques to decrease distraction and to develop a peaceful mind and a flexible and optimistic outlook on life. With mindfulness we can come to appreciate the beauty and potential of each moment of our life.
