By following the practical steps presented in this course, develop caring and positive relationships, a peaceful mind, and the ability to transform all life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights.
These classes are clear, accessible, and friendly.
Each class includes a guided meditation, teaching and discussion.
You may come to any or all of the classes.

Learn how to use mindfulness techniques to decrease distraction and to develop a peaceful mind and a flexible and optimistic outlook on life. With mindfulness we can come to appreciate the beauty and potential of each moment of our life.
