We can use our daily relationships with family, friends and coworkers to become a more loving and compassionate person. By following the practical steps presented in this course, develop caring and positive relationships, a peaceful mind, and the ability to transform all life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights.
Come early and join us for dinner. Dinner is served from 6-7pm for $5. All meals are vegetarian.
Class is held in the World Peace Temple. $10 per class.
These classes are clear, accessible, and friendly.
Each class includes a guided meditation, teaching and discussion.
You may come to any or all of the classes.

Distraction causes us to feel scattered and stressed in our daily activities and is one of the main obstacles to a productive and positive life. Learn how to use mindfulness techniques to decrease distraction and to develop a peaceful mind and a flexible and optimistic outlook on life. With mindfulness we can come to appreciate the beauty and potential of each moment of our life.
