Meditation & Buddhism in New York

Retreat Center & Temple for World Peace

Work a Day for World Peace

Friday November 4th

World Peace Buddhism New York

Please join with others to contribute one day’s wages

to the International Temples Project (ITP), a fund dedicated to benefitting the public globally. The International Temples Project was founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, with the aim of introducing the Buddhist faith and practice of The New Kadampa Tradition to the world, and to exemplify contemporary Buddhist practice through public service. It achieves this through building traditional and non-traditional temples, meditation and retreat centers, and through the activities of Kadampa hotels, schools, World Peace Cafés, and Tharpa Publications.

“Only by creating peace within our minds and helping others to do
the same, can we hope to achieve peace in this world.”

Transform Your Life - Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

How You Can Help:

Please help to fulfill this vision by making a contribution to the ITP, either online at www.kadampa.org/worldpeace or by contacting your local NKT center to help out with their fund-raising activity for this day.
